New evidence on Walmart and undocumented workers

Recently unsealed evidence in a class action lawsuit against WalMart brought by more than 200 former employees of the company suggests that a least two corporate execs at Walmart knew that their contractors were hiring undocumented workers.  An attorney for the plaintiff characterize the affidavit evidence as proof that Walmart conspired to exploit undocumented workers.  More on the story, including some quotes from the unsealed affidavits, is here.
