Oral Argument in Nadarajah v. Gonzales

The U.S. Court of Appeals hears oral arguments in the case of Nadarajah v. Gonzales. The Courts will consider the extent the government may rely on secret evidence to make terrorism allegations and if Nadarajah can still be detained while his grant of asylum is appealed. Nadarajah has been detained for over 4 years and argues that his constitutional rights are being violated.
