Educating Undocumented Students

The Carnegie Reporter (here) has an interesting story about educating undocumented students.  This promises to remaina contentious issue as local governments complain of teh costs of educating undocumented children in light of the Supreme Court’s mandate in Plyer v. Doe, which is the subject of a conference this month at UC Berkeley.
