Vacancies in top immigration posts

A report issued by Congress today indicates that as of May 1, the Department of Homeland Security had 138 vacancies among its top 575positions.  Te greatest voids reported in its policy, legal andintelligence sections, as well as in immigration agencies, the FederalEmergency Management Agency and the Coast Guard.  More on the report can be found in today’s Washington Post in a story by Stephen S.
