Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, the nation’s largest immigration law firm and Littler Mendelson, the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm, have announced that five Littler shareholders will be joining Fragomen, along with an agreement to transfer certain of Littler’s high volume immigration facilities and personnel to Fragomen, which will open a new office in Phoenix. The agreement is consistent with Fragomen’s business objectives and supports Littler’s goal to focus its immigration practice in alignment with client demands.
