2008 Daniel Levy Award Recipient: Philip G. Schrag
LexisNexis today announced that Philip G. Schrag, a Georgetown law professor, will be honored with the LexisNexis Matthew Bender Daniel Levy Memorial Award for his enthusiastic advocacy on behalf of immigrant clients, his deep scholarship in immigration law, and his expansive vision of justice. Among many other things, Phil is co-author of Asylum Denied: A Refugee’s Struggle For Safety In America (2008).
Phil will be honored at a presentation ceremony of the seventh annual Daniel Levy Memorial Award For Outstanding Achievement in Immigration Law on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, 8:30 P.M. TO 9:30 P.M. at the 2008 Annual AILA Conference in Vancouver.
