Domestic Violence Pamphlet Comments

A USCIS Update regarding public comment on a draft pamphlet, Legal Rights and Resources for Immigrant Victims of Domestic Violence has been issued. The draft pamphlet explains rights and resources available to people who entered the United State as the fiancé(e) or spouse of a U.S. citizen, using a K visa. This pamphlet has been published in the Federal Register for 60-day comment period at: http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/component/main?main=DocumentDetail&o=090000648068c4ed
