The Supreme Court Declines Lawsuit challenging in-state tuition for undocumented students in Kansas
Despite this setback, Kris Kobach, a University of Missouri-Kansas City Law professor who has represented the plaintiffs in the litigation, vouches to keep fighting. Kobach is also involved in litigation in California. Currently, ten states offer in-state tuition benefits to undocumented students in addition to Kansas and California.
