Fragomen Strikes Back at DOL!

The Wall St. Journal reports that an ongoing battle is escalating between the Labor Department and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, a prominent New York immigration firm, is being audited by the Labor Department for possibly giving too much assistance to clients that seek to secure employment visas for foreign workers. The law firm has filed suit claiming that some of the department’s rules are unconstitutional.
