Postville owner taking legal battle with immigrants to Supreme Court
Agriprocessors, the meatpacking company whose Postville slaughterhouse was raided in May, has been in legal battles with immigrant workers who unionized its warehouse in Brooklyn. The company alleges that since the majority of the workers who voted to unionize were undocumented and not eligible for employment, the union cannot be recognized.
