Fact of the Day: 52% of Border Patrol Officers Are Latino

I am not sure precisely what to make of this fact but 52% of the current U.S. Border Patrol officers are Latino, making this agency one of the federal agencies with one of the highest  — the highest, I suspect — percentages of Latinos in the federal government.

In addition, 95% of the BP officers are men.
