New Forms for Religious Workers

On March 30, 2009, USCIS published two new forms for Religious Workers. These are checklists of documents to be submitted with either the Form I-129 for Religious Workers or with the Form I-360 for Ministers and Religious Workers.  The new forms are:

M-736, Checklist for Religious Workers for Form I-129
