fNewgeography.com has a recent post by Bill Watkins on “Economics: Green Shoots & Immigration.” While the slough of government spending efforts initially sparked the U.S. econom, they have worn out their welcome and we are now left with an even more massive deficit. However, immigration could reverse this trend by creating more housing demand, more business formations, and an increasing tax base.
