Politico.com has a troubling article entitled “The Green Monster: How the Border Patrol became America’s most out-of-control law enforcement agency,” by Garrett Graff.  The article makes one pause in thinking about the Border Patrol and question whether putting money into the agency to promote immigration enforcement is a good idea.
