Text & History Preview of Padilla v. Kentucky

Text & History has a preview on the case of Padilla v. Kentucky, which was argued in the Supreme Court today.

UPDATE:  Here (Download Padilla-transcript[1]) is the transcript to the oral argument.  I was not at the argument but, at least from my read of the transcript, the Justices, including new Justice Sotomayor, aggressively questioned counsel in a fashion that made it hard (for me at least) to predict the outcome.
