Immigration Judge Suspended After Criticism

Donald V. Ferlise has been replaced on the court calendar inPhiladelphia while the U.S. attorney general conducts a nationwidereview of immigration judges, who decide who can stay in the UnitedStates to avoid turmoil in their homelands.
