Minority Professor Resigns from University of Colorado Department of Ethnic Studies

Professor Natsu Saito of the Department of Ethnic Studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder tendered her resignation over the poor treatment of minority faculty by Universirty officials.  Recall that Colorado was the site over considerable controversy a while back concerning the scholarship of Professor Ward Churchill.

It appears that Natsu, who has written on, among other things, immigration and civil rights, will return to law teaching at Georgia State.  Welcome back!  For the resignation letter, Download des_resignation_memo.doc
