Attached is a summary of the VAWA 2005 immigration provisions. H.R. 3402 was passed by the U.S. Senate on 12/16/05 and by the U.S. House of Representatives on 12/17/05. We are now waiting for President Bush to sign VAWA 2005 into law. Download vawa_2005_summary.pdf
