From the University of San Francisco Law Review:

Call for Papers for University of San Francisco Law Review Symposium on “From Exploitation to Empowerment: Leveraging the Law for Human Trafficking Survivors”

University of San Francisco Volume 55 Law Review is holding a Symposium in January, 2021 on Human Trafficking, titled “From Exploitation to Empowerment: Leveraging the Law for Human Trafficking Survivors.” We are seeking proposals for human trafficking-related articles to be included in our Spring Issue.

The Symposium will focus broadly on how government agencies, non-profits, law firms, and technology companies can work together to help prevent, rescue and empower victims of human trafficking. Panel topics will include the intersectionality of technology and human trafficking, and civil and criminal remedies as avenues to justice.

If you would like to participate by writing an article for our Spring 2021 issue, please submit a 500-word abstract summarizing your article by October 30th, 2020.
