DHS Welcomes Suggestions On Secure Border

According to a Government Executive news report, DHS invited solicitations from the private sector to improve the nation’s border security. “This is an unusual invitation, we’re asking you to come back and tell us how to do our business”, DHS Deputy Secretary Michael Jackson told the packed audience.
