Judge Posner Strikes Again!

Judge Posner wrote an opinion for the Seventh Circuit, which was issued on March 22, on the meaning of “aggravated felony” under the Immigration & Nationality Act.   According to Posner, “The only consistency that we can see in the government’s treatment of the meaning of “aggravated felony” is that the alien always loses.” Hats off to Rebecca M.
