Truman National Security Project Paper: “Reforming Immigration Reform: A Strong Security, Pro-Immigrant Plan for Democrats”

As Congress takes up the thorny issue of immigration reform, the Truman National Security Project thinks it is essential to keep two ideas foremost: We must, for our country’s security, know who is within our borders. And we must, for our Party’s integrity, remain a nation welcoming to immigrants who make our country strong.
