USCIS Awards Rep. Lantos With First Outstanding American By Choice

Tom Lantos, the only Holocaust survivor serving in Congress, with the first “Outstanding American By Choice” certificate, a new USCIS initiative highlighting the significant contributions of naturalized US citizens and demonstrates the positive impact of immigration by recognizing naturalized citizens who are making a special difference in their communities.
