DOJ Supports Further Court Stripping Provisions of Specter Mark

FROM CHUCK ROTH  Just wanted to bring this to people’s attention – I found this testimony scary, but also very illuminating. They’ve got an agenda for new jurisdiction-stripping provisions, and they’ve probably got the votes to get it through.
