From Scoffing to Selling

Michael Chertoff was interviewed by NPR today about the President’s proposal to deploy the national guard along the Southern border.  He maintained that the program was feasible, would not result in massive budget over-runs and would not require the Guard to take on tasks for which they are not trained.  A link to the interview can be found here.
