Immigration and Trade

The Wall Street Journal (May 2) had an interesting article analyzing immigration and trade protectionism, comparing the current situation to that of the 1920s when protectionism and anti-immigrant sentiment reigned.  Recall that protectionist policies and restrictionist immigrtaion legislation in the 1920s was followed by the Great Depression of the 1930s.  Click here to se the article.
