Worker Protection for May 1 Protest — NLRB Charge Filed
Labor attorneys have filed a nationwide unfair labor practice charge for workers who were fired for participating in the May 1 boycott. They want to get the word out about the charge and they need to here from folks who were fired and are covered by the charge. Below is the blurb they sent me.

WORKER PROTECTION FOR MAY 1
Please distribute widely Did you or someone you know get fired or disciplined for not attending work on May 1 to attend rallies or marches? Our law office has filed a nationwide charge at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to protect workers disciplined, and/or threatened with discipline, for participating in April 10th or May 1st rallies or marches. We are seeking names, addresses, and phone numbers of employers who disciplined and/or threatened to discipline employees in this situation, as well as any employees who were affected, so that we can bring all such employers to the attention f the NLRB. If you have any such information, or want to discuss this further, please contact us at jblock@unioncounsel.net or (510) 337-7351. Change to Win filed the charge with the NLRB. Thank you, Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld
