House Hearings to be held in San Diego and Laredo

The House yesterday announced that its first two field hearings onimmigration will be held on Wednesday in San Diego and on Friday inLaredo, Tex. Senator Arlen Specter, meanwhile, scheduled his own field hearing, inPhiladelphia, on Wednesday. He invited Edward M.
