San Antonio lawyer Javier Maldonado, former executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights under Law of Texas, has been named to receive the fifth annual LexisNexis Matthew Bender Daniel Levy Memorial Award for Outstanding Achievement in Immigration Law.
