More Critiques of the Senate Immigration Reform Bill

Stephen Kershnar and Bruce Simon published critiques of the Hagel-Martinez Senate Immigration Bill (one from the right; the other from the left). Here’s the link: http://ovsc.blogspot.com/2006/06/debating-senate-immigration-reform.html

I am not sure that I agree with either of them. however, the Conservative critique is distinctly anti-Mexican a la Samuel Huntington (like some of the comments responding to entries on this blog) and perhaps more troubling.
