Which State Will Get a New Immigration Court?

North Carolina is among three states being considered for a new immigration court. Missouri and Nebraska are also on the list, according to Charles Miller, aspokesman for the U.S. Department of Justice. North Carolina ranks eighth in the nation with almost 400,000undocumented immigrants, according to the Washington-based Pew HispanicCenter.
