The offices of StateRepresentative Norma Chavez, El Paso City Council Representative Susie Byrd andthe Mayor of the City of Sunland Park (NM) Ruben Segura, in conjunctionwith other Local Elected Officials and Authorities of West Texas and SouthernNew Mexico (City, County, State, and Federal Officials) are convening a TownHall Forum to listen to community concerns and testimonies, as well assolutions, to the issues of current border security and immigration reform.

Given the current national debateto reform our current immigration and border security policies, the opportunityfor authentic community participation in these decisions and engaging ingenuine dialogue with our elected officials is dire.
