Immigration Prosecution Data

Greetings from TRAC. Very timely criminal enforcement data from the Justice Department document that immigration prosecutions in April were down 15.6% from the previous month. The data show, however, that when monthly 2006 counts are compared with the same period in the previous year, the filings were up by just under 10%.
