Know Your Rights

I am just sending you these pamphlet by the ACLU of Northern California that give advice about your rights when questioned by immigrations officials (ICE or Immigration & Customs Enforcement- formerly known as the INS) in light of recent raids in Watsonville, Santa Cruz and Hollister and the threat by the ICE that raids will continue in the future. Local residents should know about their right to remain silent re their immigration status. Also, we should tell folks to not open their doors to anyone claiming to be police, FBI or ICE unless they can produce a warrant.
