World Forum on Justice, Religion & Conflict Resolution

Dear Friends –

The Center for Justice and Accountability (CJA) is proud to be a Partner in the RockRose Institute’s 2007 World Forum on Justice, Religion and Conflict Resolution.  The forum will be held in San Francisco on February 1-4 and features the following speakers:  Madeline Albright, Former U.S. Secretary of State,  Elie Wiesel, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Kavita Ramdas, President & CEO, Global Fund for Women, Juan Mendez, International Center for Transitional Justice, Katherine Marshall, Counselor to the President, World Bank, Bob Edgar, National Council of Churches and Eva Paterson, President, Equal Justice Society.  Rebecca Westerfield, a member of CJA’s Bay Area Legal Council, is one of the founders of the RockRose Institute.

The theme of the forum is that the greatest challenge facing our world is how to resolve conflicts in the 21st century without violence.  To learn more please visit www.rockroseinstitute.org.
