Undocumented Restaurant Workers Sue Cafe Express

Undocumented workers at Cafe Express (owned by Wendy’s) in Dallas and Houston had money deducted from their paychecks to pay for lawyers working on their green cards. But the lawyers screwed up and the workers are left with nothing, according to class-action lawsuits filed in both cities.
