Immigration and the New South: Opportunities and Obstacles A Forum and Release of New Report from The Century Foundation
The changing demographics of the South present communities with a number of policy choices that impact everyone. “Immigration’s New Frontiers: Experiences from the Emerging Gateway States,” a new publication from The Century Foundation, addresses many of these issues through state case studies that include Georgia and North Carolina. Panelists, at the event decribed below, will discuss these opportunities and obstacles. Books will be available at the event. Chapters on Georgia and North Carolina are available to media in advance.
