New Immigration Website

A new web site, Immigration Here & There, has been launched. The site reports on immigration and diaspora populations from a cross-national perspective, is a product of the Medill News Service, based at Northwestern University, and funded by the William & Flora Hewlett Foundation.  Visit the web site at http://www.immigrationhereandthere.org/ It includes, among other items, feature stories, personal stories of individuals experiencing the dramatic disruptions of migrating across national borders, personal accounts by readers and dialogue among immigrants and between immigration groups to discover parallel experiences and appreciate emotional differences, breaking news, and facts and figures on immigration and diaspora populations.
