Puerto Rican Legal Defense & Education Fund (PRLDEF),a Latino civil rights litigation group, active since 1972 mostly on the East Coast and Florida, is suing the City of Hazleton (Pennsylvania) and Riverside Township (New Jersey) to challenge their anti-immigrant ordinances.
