Immigration to be Highlighted in President Bush’s State of the Union Speech?

Chatter from various sources indicates that Pesient Bush may have much to say about immigration refom in his State of the Union address on Tuesday night.  Indeed, it may have a higher profile in the speech than the war in Iraq.
