Terrorism? Sometimes.

Yesterday the AP reported:

Federal prosecutors counted immigration violations, marriage fraud and drug trafficking among antiterror casesin the four years after Sept. 11 despite there being no evidencelinking them to terror activity, a Justice Department audit foundTuesday.
