The Human Face of Immigration Enforcement

George S. Boley Sr.’s life was spared by a coup against the Liberian government that had condemned him. But when he looks back at that ordeal 27 years ago, he says it pales in comparison with being arrested for violating U.S. immigration law — a charge that was later dropped.
