CRS On Nonimmigrant Overstays

The Congressional Research Service (here) issued a report providing a brief synopsis on nonimmigrant overstays.  The report states that reliable estimates of the percentage of undocumented immigrants who are visa overstays run between 31 percent and 57 percents.
