CRS Report on Farm Labor Shortages

The Congressional Research Service issued a report on “Farm Labor Shortages and Immigration Policy”. http://www.ilw.com/immigdaily/news/2007,0411-crs.pdf  The report, which counted all farm labor available (including undocumented workers) did not find a shortage of farm labor today.  Food for thought as the discussion of a guest worker program continues.
