Hispanic Caucus Expresses Support for Fair and Practical Immigration Reform

Today, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) sent a letter to Senate leaders expressing its support for a fair and functional immigration policy. The letter also expressed CHC’s support for specific amendments to S. 1348, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007.  The letter is at Download chc_letter.rtf  The letter identifies anumber of amendments of particularly significant to the Hispanic community and strongly supported by the Caucus.
