Why Refugee Law Still Matters
Jim Hathaway (Michigan) led a project at York University to reconceive the mechanisms of international refugee law. He delivered the 25th Allen Hope Southey Memorial Lecture and updated and reflected on the continuing viability of the refugee reform proposals. The result is a “Why Refugee Law Still Matters,” forthcoming next month in Vol. 8(1) of the Melbourne Journal of International Law. Download 2007_mjil_why_refugee_law_still_matters.pdf
