Lawsuit Filed Challenging Bait-and-Switch on Employment Visas

Ptasinska v. US Department of State et. al, No. 07 C 3795 (N.D. Ill. July. 6, 2007) challenges the USCIS/Department of State actions taken with respect to the July Visa Bulletin and employment-based immigrant visa availability, ehic have been the subject of great controversy (including a NY Times editorial).  .
