The Fight Over Tacos Continues

We previously (here) reported on efforts across the country — and, coincidentally enough, in towns and cities that had recently seen significant Mexican migration — to outlaw the sale of the food from the ever-popular “taco trucks.”  The L.A. Times (here) reports that tacos lost in New Orleans.  The fight over taco trucks represents the latest skirmish between African Americans and Mexican migrants, who came in large number to assist in the reconstruction of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
