SEIU President Andy Stern to Deliver Lunchtime Keynote
CHICAGO—Eliseo Medina, Executive Vice President of the 1.9 million-member Service Employees International Union (SEIU), will join a panel of immigration experts at the YearlyKos Convention to discuss the prospects for federal immigration reform and implications at the state and local levels. The panel, Immigration and Hispanics: The Policy and the Politics, will take place in Chicago on Saturday at 9:15 a.m.

In a one- on-one interview with Harold Meyerson, executive editor of The American Prospect and political columnist for the Washington Post, Andy Stern will speak about the impact of globalization on America’s workforce. Stern’s keynote luncheon will take place on Friday, August 3, from 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 pm.
