What the U.S. Needs to Do to Gain Control of Its Southern Border — Work with Mexico? It Can’t Be!
In an article “Helping Win the War on Our Doorstep Print” by Roger F. Noriega, a former Assistant Secretary of State and supportive of immigration reform, talks on the need for better U.S./Mexico relations and a stronger Mexican economy if the U.S. hopes to get a handle on drugs and immigrants crossing the U.S./Mexico border. I am not sure that I want to equate the drugs and immigrants but the article nonetheless provides food for thought.
